The workshop takes place over 3 weeks to ensure a quality and meaningful experience for participants. It includes 4 hours of synchronous learning – live online teaching by TCNJ faculty and asynchronous learning – online discussions, email, video lessons. Daytime and Evening times are offered.
It will cover strategies for time management, communication, and effective tools for enhancing learning for all students. The workshop will examine how to support “synchronous” learning, “asynchronous” learning, and a combination of the two within your learning pod. Over the course of three weeks, small groups of pod leaders will work with expert educators to create concrete individualized pod plans. We will create peer pod networks to allow for continued interaction and refinement of pods over time.
A certificate of completion will be provided.
